Paramjit Kaur is a partner and her practice focuses exclusively on insurance litigation. She has extensive experience in a wide range of insurance related matters including, occupiers’ liability, personal injury and general liability, motor vehicle accident, fatal claims, tort claims, and professional negligence (insurance brokers, adjusters, mortgage brokers).
Arulsingam Balasingam Kasinather
PARTNER
Arulsingam is also a partner at Gurmit Paramjit & Co and his practice focuses on plaintiff insurers pre and post suit through trial and appellate proceedings. His forte in occupiers’ liability, personal injury and general liability, motor vehicle accident, fatal claims, tort claims, and professional negligence (insurance brokers, adjusters, mortgage brokers) has expanded the growth of the firm.

After few years equipping herself with conveyancing and corporate related matters, she opted to join Arulsingam Paramjit Kaur & Co. in 2001, which had exposed her to various types of runner matters, insurance claims and litigation works. She now is entrusted to handle accident matters, personal injuries matters and also rendering of legal opinions and advice to clients.

She chambered in Arulsingam Paramjit Kaur & Co. which had exposed her to various types of runner matters and litigation works. She was later admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 10th April 2004 and was offered a place for practice at Arulsingam Paramjit Kaur & Co. as a Legal Assistant. She now is entrusted to handle accident matters, personal injuries matters and also rendering of legal opinions and advice t o clients.
